I can see achievements, including some at Springbrook, which shows how far into the game I was. 

I've opened at support ticket, which they state they will reply to within 24hrs..... its not been 4+ days.

Had made a lot of progress and spent a bit of money to progress further as it was slowing down. Then an update came along and wiped all my progress and purchases! Tried numerous times to get in contact with the devs but have had no reply and now out of money! Do not download this game!

I played this game in 2021, then an update came along a wiped all my progress. Had spent a bit of money to quicken the progress and that's all lost. I will be taken this further if I do not hear from them soon as this is theft!

Then an update came along and wiped all the data for the game. I'm now back to square one and out of money! Either I want the progress back or the money back!
